程远,讲师,浙江省东阳人,毕业于浙江大学应用心理学专业,德国马尔堡大学工作与组织心理研究所访问学者(2016-2017)。浙江大学公共管理学院博士后(2020-2022)。2020年获宁波市“学术之星”金奖。
主要研究方向为公正感知、组织行为学、跨文化研究。担任国际知名SCI/SSCI期刊Basic and Applied Social Psychology, Social Justice Research, Frontiers in Psychology匿名审稿人。
